MOSCOW, Oct 8 (PRIME) -- Transstroymekhanizatsiya, affiliate of Russian construction company Mostotrest, has won a 4.06 billion ruble tender to rebuild two segments of highways in the Tula Region, Avtodor Toll Roads, the owner of the highways, said in a statement on Monday.
The rebuilt highways must be launched by the end of 2020.
